Pineywoods Fair Food Vendor Waiting List Reservation

We hereby wish to be placed on the food vendor waiting list starting for the 2007 Pineywoods Fair subject to the rules and restrictions listed below:

• I will be consider for food space based upon the following criteria:

•             Different variety of items sold than what is currently at fair

•             Date and time that my application is received

•            Willingness to work with a varied menu to be considered

If I am accepted when a space becomes available I agree to pay a $100 for 20 x 20 holding deposit required to reserve the space. In addition to the deposit, we agree to pay the remaining balance of $200.00 due by October 3, 2007. The deposit is added to the exhibitor’s monies paid and is not refundable. All holding deposits need to be paid by August 1, 2007. Booth spaces will be opened to others that are waiting after this date.

Note: For concessions, vendors all drinks must be Coca-Cola products. Please include a copy of sales tax permits when returning this application if we do not have one on file.
