Arrangements can be made after the Fair to pick-up projects by calling (936) 564-0849.

General Rules
1.) Projects/exhibits are left at the participants own risk and in no case will exhibit committee or the Piney Woods Fair be responsible
for loss or damage.
2.) Judging follows close of registration and the exhibit areas
will be closed to the public. No awards will be announced until the Fair opens
on Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at 4 p.m.
3.) Smoking is prohibited in the exhibit area.
4.) Exhibits may not be removed except upon presentation of the
duplicate entry receipt and MUST
remain until Sunday pick-up.
5.) One pass per contest per individual will be presented to exhibitors.
Duplicate entry receipt will be used for entry pick-up between
3 and 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 14, 2007 ONLY!
