RULES & REGULATIONS
1.) All entries will be subject to the general rules and regulations of the Junior Livestock Show. Only
two entries per individual per class will be allowed. Substitutions the day of the show must be completed
before the show begins and may only be for the same breed and class.
2.) Exhibitors must be five years or older on the date of the show and attend school in Nacogdoches County
and not enrolled past the 12th grade.
3.) This is a carry cage show.
4.) Disqualifications include ear cranker, sore hocks, buck teeth, and any other obvious disease. Any sick
animals will be removed from the show at the discretion of the committee.
5.) Any breed with 5 or more entries exhibited by 3 breeders will constitute another breed.
6.) Rabbits must have a permanent tattoo in the left ear.
7.) Ribbons will be awarded 1st-5th place in each breed and prize money will be paid 1st-3rd place by the
following schedule:
First $7.00 Second $5.00 Third $3.00
8.) Other awards: A rosette will be given to the Champion Buck and Champion Doe of each breed. Champion
Bucks, will compete for a belt buckle and banner to be named Grand Champion Buck of the show.
Champion Does, will compete for a belt buckle and banner to be named Grand Champion Doe of the show.
9.) The decision of the judge will be final.
