Judging Time:                                                 Tuesday, October 9, 2007 5:30 p.m. ON TABLE 5:15 p.m.

 

RULES & REGULATIONS


1.)   All entries will be subject to the general rules and regulations of the Junior Livestock Show.


2.)   Exhibitor must be a 4-H, FFA or FCCLA member and continuously attend school in Nacogdoches County or be home

       schooled and reside within the boundaries of a school district in Nacogdoches County and be at the 12th grade level or below

       from validation through the end of the show.


3.)   This is a carry cage show.


4.)   All market rabbits will be validated on Monday, September 10, 2007 from 4 - 6 p..m. in the downstairs meeting room of the

        Nacogdoches Expo.


5.)   Disqualifications include: ear canker, sore hocks, buck teeth and any other obvious disease.  Any sick animals will be removed

       from the show at the discretion of the committee.


6.)   Rabbits must have a permanent tattoo in the left ear.


7.)   A pen will be three (3) rabbits of either sex, all the same breed and variety, not weigh less than 3 lbs. or more than 5 lbs. for

       each rabbit, one ounce allowance per rabbit. No Substitutions.


8.)   A banner will be presented to the Grand Champion and Reserve Pen of rabbits. Grand Champion and Reserve Champion

       Market Pens will be sold at the Premium Sale on Saturday, October 13, 2007 at 6 p.m.


9.)   The decision of the judge will become final.
